In 1868, during the reign of Queen Victoria, Mr Thomas Fox opened a shop in the city of London, to sell such necessities. Since that time all of our umbrellas have always been and will continue to be made to the very highest quality standards that our customers have come to expect and require from the famous Fox umbrella.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.

Shipping And Handling Standard Charge - International orders are sent by Parcelforce Worldwide. The cost to European countries is £20.00, to Japan it is £35 and for the rest of the world the cost is £30. Shipping to anywhere in the UK is free of charge.

Courier Delivery - If you wish to be able to track your order you will need to select courier service at an extra cost.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5 to 7 working days . Please allow an extra 5 working days for engraving. International orders are generally received in 10 working days, from date of despatch, but this can vary depending on country and distance.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
